Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase or there is a size issue or you have received a product with defects, please reach out to us for returning or exchanging your purchase.

  • Return requests can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • The products should be unused, unworn with the original tags intact.
  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • We have the facility of reverse pickup.
  • There are no additional costs for replacement/ exchange requests against return.
  • For complete return and refund request, cash on delivery charges if applicable are not refunded. Additionally, an amount of 100 inr is charged for reverse pickup.
  • Certain sale items are not eligible for refund/return/exchange

Replacement against return

  • Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 7 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your request within 2-3 business days. Mail us at support@chakoriwear.com with the Order ID and replacement request details.
  • Once the unused product is received at our end, , our quality team will inspect the received product. Once approved, we will dispatch the required size/ replacement product depending upon its availability. This entire process of receiving and shipping out another product takes about 5-7 business days. Post that standard delivery timeline will be applicable.
  • In case of an error from our end (wrong or defected pc, product loss in transit), we will ship to you the exchanged product as soon as we receive the complaint from you. Here, the standard delivery timeline of 5-7 business days will be applicable.

Refund against return

  • Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 7 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your request within 2-3 business days. Mail us at support@chakoriwear.com  with the Order ID, reason for return, Bank details in case of COD order.
  • Once the unused products are received and quality checked by our team, we shall initiate the process of refund.
  • For prepaid orders, refund shall be processed in the same account via which the payment was made. Please note 100 INR shall be deducted as a reverse pickup fee.
  • For COD orders, please provide the bank details in the return email. Refund shall be processed via neft within 3-4 business days after the return product is received at our end. Please note, reverse pickup charges (100 INR) and cod charges (50 INR) are non-refundable.
  • For orders in which there was an error from our end, the entire amount shall be refunded.
